Stress Free Fridays is an initiative by
Hibiscus Foundation for Social Welfare, to try and reduce the stress of
our audience. All earnings from this event are used in the Pro-Bono
The session is conducted by Mr. Manojj Dhinakaran, a writer and researcher in varied fields with a passion towards mental health advocacy.
The session uses Guided Imagery to help the participants get acquainted with their inner selves. This technique is a therapeutic process that works with the participant's imagination, using key words and phrases to evoke a sensory response which encourages the healing of mind, body and spirit. This is a completely safe and effective procedure.
