Hibiscus Foundation for Social Welfare conducted a guided imagery session on 19th February, 2021 from 8:30 am to 9:15 am IST. The theme for the Stress Free Friday was "starry night”. Guided imagery helps one relax and releases stress, which prompts us to introspect and helps us get familiar with our inner selves. The process works by using our imagination, where words and phrases are used to evoke sensory responses that can heal the mind, body, and spirit. In the "starry night” edition, the imagery is surreal and relaxing and can help your stress fade away.
